Truck-Tough Sides.
Behind the glassboard liner, we put a sturdy plywood wall. Result? Tougher, more durable sides. Protection against penetration during loading or in transit. FDA accepted, this glassboard liner is .090" thick
Truck-Tough Insulation.
Floor above the cross members is foam-insulated for increased thermal efficiency. To guard against cross member deterioration, the members are not embedded in foam as in other designs. And bodies are spray-foamed to prevent creation of voids in the foam.
Truck-Tough Walls and Corners.
Heavy duty top and bottom wall extrusions combined with strong, rigid cast corners result in a stronger overall structure.
Truck-Tough Substructure.
Four-inch structural long members and four-inch 80,000-lb. tensile strength i-beam cross members, gusseted every other member with Delta's gusseting system. Prevents racking.
