DELTA-WASECA manufactures a broad line of custom dry freight van bodies. They are all built with our unique Truck Tough Edge. Our construction delivers years and years of durable long life and service. These EDGE components are:

. Hat section galvanized steel upright posts (85% stronger than typical Z posts).
. Tough 4-inch steel I-beam cross members (45% stronger than 3-inch members).
. Extra strong 4-inch structural channel steel long members (45% stronger than I-beam).
. Heavy duty aluminum rub rails (over 40% stronger than flat rub rails).
. Heavy duty rear corner castings (provide strength and leak protection vs no casting).

The vans are available in aluminum or FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plywood). Our bodies are either riveted (using high grade aircraft-style solid core squeezed rivets vs pull stem), or they are rivet-free, using the latest in bonding technology for a smooth decal-friendly surface. They can be insulated.

The dry vans all have stainless steel rear frames to protect against unsightly rust. They also sport conspicuity tape along the rub rails, diamond plate gravel guards positioned over the lower front rails, strong diamond plate upper radius front, and vinyl coated safety-colored grab handles for improved grip, and, perhaps most significantly, LED lights.

A great many options are available to customize each van bodies to its owner's specific operations. These include: translucent roof, lift gates of all manufacture, walk ramps, logistics controls, shelving, and many different rear and side doors. The selection of rear doors includes premium composite models, which prevent delamination.
